Stellenausschreibung: PhD position in psychology (evaluation of psychodrama interventions)

The Personality and Psychological Diagnostics Lab at the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin (Germany) is seeking applications for a 3+2 year PhD Position.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The PhD candidate will work within the project „Evaluation of Psychodrama Interventions“ supervised by Konrad Schnabel. The project explores effects of action-oriented interventions that originate from Psychodrama theory and practice and reside at the intersection of social psychology, individual differences, and intervention sciences. Self-affirmation interventions for refugees and volunteers who promote integration of refugees represent a starting point of this project. With regard to methodology, the project will use behavioral and experimental designs in lab and field settings. Experiences with one or more of the following techniques will count in favor of the applicant: experimental research, programming skills, statistical analyses (e.g. R, SPSS)

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in psychology or a closely related field. Experience or interest in actively learning psychodrama intervention techniques is core for this position.
